About Us

VocaWell is proud to be a Women-Owned and Disability-Owned Business

Our Mission

VocaWell empowers individuals with disabilities and neurodivergent professionals by providing accessible, high-quality job coaching services that promote inclusion, equal opportunity, and career success.

At VocaWell, we're transforming how companies support and empower their employees with disabilities. Our unwavering commitment to inclusivity and our innovative approach to job coaching has set new industry standards. With a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced in the workplace, VocaWell is dedicated to ensuring every individual has the tools and support necessary to thrive.

Our cornerstone service, Job Coaching,  provides tailored executive function skill training  to help people figure out how their unique brains work best. This isn’t just an academic exercise—we coach people through practical strategies to apply at work and in daily life. These strategies pay real dividends. They can increase work performance, productivity, and earning potential. More importantly - they reduce stress and bring a sense of ease, flow, and fulfillment to daily life many people never thought possible.

We firmly believe in the social model of disability which recognizes that we are often impacted by barriers outside our control - like barriers of attitude and environment. Whether you’re a seasoned disability advocate already making waves in the community or someone with a new diagnosis, we can help you navigate tricky processes like self-disclosure and accommodations to build the inclusive environment you deserve.

With VocaWell, the path to professional success is made easier, more enjoyable, and most importantly, accessible to all

Kate Broeking

Founder and Principal Coach

My mission is to help professionals with disabilities thrive at work while prioritizing their well-being. I specialize in supporting those with ADHD, autism, mental health conditions, chronic illness, and more.  As one of the 26% of Americans with a disability, this mission is much more than a career choice for me - it's a personal calling.

My story

When I was first tasked with building scalable supports for employees with disabilities at Amazon,  I searched extensively for vendors, experts, and programs worldwide. To my surprise, I found there was a profound gap in disability services - there were simply no programs with the expertise needed to support professionals in complex corporate roles.

So, I created the world's first-ever corporate job coaching program of it's kind -  Amazon's Work Wellness Coaching team. Leading a world-class team of experts, we developed practical solutions rooted in real data and real-life challenges faced by employees. Since then, my program has been tested by thousands of tech workers at some of the largest companies in the world, proving it's effectiveness and adaptability.

Seeing this impact, I was compelled to take it a step further. With VocaWell, I'm now bringing these highly personalized, expert-led supports beyond corporate walls, making them accessible to all professionals seeking to enhance their work-life balance and thrive in their careers.
