1-hr Transition Strategy Session (free)

Service Description

I’m offering a free 60-minute Transition Strategy Session to neurodivergent ex-Amazonians and Amazonians with disabilities impacted by the recent lay-offs. As I'm only one person, session availability is limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis until my schedule is full. In one session, we can address 1-2 of the most important topics below and walk away with immediate action steps you can implement today. • Create a structured job search plan • Manage “life admin” tasks • Connect to disability/neurodiversity hiring initiatives • Learn options for interview accommodations & navigating disability disclosure • Balance your job search with personal well-being • Breaking down the job search process into manageable pieces that don’t feel overwhelming • Applying executive function skills to your job search & personal life • Rejection sensitivity during the interview process • Develop a proactive strategy to address workplace trauma or toxicity to ensure a fresh start in your next role I can also help connect you to other resources for continued support, including free or low-cost options for those with ADHD, depression, anxiety, disabilities, chronic illness, or other medical conditions.
